• Basic MS Windows 7 and 10 troubleshooting
• Knowledge of MS-SQL
• Retail call & help-desk management. POS and supporting application management preferred
• Diagnosing problems and getting it resolved as per the severity level assigned
• Act as SPOC to resolve POS related issues and queries received from stores
• Educate end users and publish support documentation to assist users with requests for information & provide users training if required
• Take ownership of store users’ issue and follow up the status on behalf of the user by coordinating with other support teams to resolve the issue within the SLA
• Vendor management. Need to Handle Vendor team (Field Engineer from Vendor)
• Basic day to day sales and stock report reconciliation and monitoring
Any Graduate, MBA, MCA, B.E.
1 to7 years
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Outlook
• Good analytical skills
• Willing to work in weekends
• Should have excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
• 2-year experience (Preferably in Retail industry)
