2. Agency shall not represent company without written permission of the company.
3. Agency shall not receive from candidate, directly or indirectly, any illegal payments, remuneration, gifts, donations or comparable benefits that are intended, or perceived, to obtain uncompetitive favours for the conduct of its business.
4. Agency must not pay bribe to any official for getting empaneled with the company.
5. Agency must not disclose company and business information to public constituencies such as media, financial community, employees, shareholders, agents, franchises, dealers and distributors of the group.
6. Agency shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in letter and spirit in all territories in which they operate.
7. Agency shall not represent company without written permission of the company.
8. Agency shall not use company brand to further its interests without specific authorization.

10. Agency shall disclose all possible instances of conflict of interest.
11. Agency shall not misuse assets/information of the company.
12. Agency shall ensure at all times the integrity of data/information furnished by him/her to the company.
13. Agency shall promptly report to company if it becomes aware of any actual/possible violation of Code of Conduct of the company.
14. Agency should take assignments only after its empanelment with the company.
15. Agency should take assignments only through the career portal.
16. Agency will act honestly in all its dealings with candidates, company and others connected directly/indirectly with company assignment.
17. Agency will not undertake any action that may unfairly or unlawfully jeopardise a candidate’s employment.
18. Agency will not undertake any action that may unfairly or unlawfully interfere in work relationships established by others.
19. Agency will ensure that their staffs are adequately trained and skilled to undertake their responsibilities in recruitment
